Any issues with the stylus and "Touch Control App" are normally resolved by Windows updates. If the stylus isn’t as responsive as it should be, you should also check to make sure the tip of the stylus is screwed all the way into the shaft. Since the tip is replaceable, sometimes this can loosen over time.
To access the "Touch Control App" where you can change between Finger, Glove, or Stylus mode, type "Touch" into the Windows search bar at the bottom of the Home screen. The first thing that should come up in your search is the Touch Control App. If you can't find the app on your TSC7 even after doing all Windows updates available, please see attached Support Note from Trimble which explains how to resolve this.
