TSC7 Verizon SIM Problems

How to troubleshoot Verizon SIM not working on TSC7:


1) Turn off device, remove SIM, buff SIM, reinsert

2) Check for available Windows Updates

3) Run the Skylight App (Connect/Disconnect)

4) reset Network Settings within Windows

5) Ask customer or Verizon to do a SIM "refresh"

6) Try a new / different SIM

7) Wipe TSC7 and perform full factory reset is last resort
